Project Introduction：	Shanghai LUXChina Mixed-use Office Project is located in Ziyun Intersection, Zunyi Road, Shanghai, along with the project area about 45000m2. BimChina is responsible for guiding and finishing the program planning, calculation, construction corporation, document sorting and other work of relevant points needing to be completed by the decoration contractor in the project LEED-CS certification requirements.
Service Contents：	BimChina is responsible for data collection and guidance work of the construction side in LEED-CS 2.0 system according to the range of the responsibilities of the contractor. Take part in relevant coordination conferences of LEED-CS certification. Carry out on-site training and on-site guidance for the relevant teams. Guide the various teams to complete the collection and sorting of the related data. Make the collection and sorting data become the form of LEED-CS certification submission file. Communicate and cooperate with LEED consultant of the owner side to ensure that the final file meets the submission requirements.
