Job requirements

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in the architectonics of the formal college or universities;
2、With the working experience in green building for two years at least, and participating in the whole course (scheme, preliminary design and shop drawings) of the architectural designs; having deep love for the job and a certain of knowledge of green building or building energy conservation;
3、Proficient in using all related computer software.
4、Having a good command of the relevant regulations and technical data of building energy conservation and green building;
5、Undertaking the job independently, with the ability of organization and coordination;
6、The candidate with project experience in LEED certification and LEED AP is preferred;
7、The candidate shall have a strong sense of responsibility, working hard with integrity and earnest and excelling in English.
