Job requirements

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, architectonics, architectural physics or the related major;
2、Proficient in applying the building energy-saving analysis software such as eQuest (or EnergyPlus);
3、Being able to use one of the building fluid analysis software such as AirPak, STARCD, Fluent, etc.
4、Proficient in building envelope structural design and thermal analysis, and indoor lighting design;
5、Possessing the solid professional basis, strong quality of professional and the ability of making study;
6、Excelling in written and oral English; the candidate with rich experience is preferred with good treatment; the candidate shall have a strong ability of teamwork and proficiency of independently solving the problem;
7、The candidate with the experience in green energy-saving design is preferred;
