Warmly congratulate Shanghai Jingan Sports Centre-Office Building was granted the LEED Gold Level Certificate issued by U.S. Green Building Council, in November 2010.

Shanghai Jingan Sports Centre-Office Building is located at the south of Kangding Road, adjacent to Jiangning Road at the east, Wuding Road at the north and Changhua Road at the west. This project is of the governmental stadium. BimChina Consulting coordinated with the designing party and the construction party to complete all requirements for LEED-CI evaluation system, and simulated the year-round energy consumption and sunshine lighting of the whole building. By using of high-efficient water conservation apparatus, this project can save water by 37% after decorations and transformations. In combination of CO2 concentration monitor and new-typed wind monitor, it can create a comfort and healthy indoor environment for owners. In line with the LEED requirements, the paint, coating, adhesive and sealant are all of low volatilization, so that the indoor air quality is highly advanced. Without any extra costs, BimChina fulfilled the LEED-CI evaluation work well.
