Project Introduction: |
This project is the first LEED-CI retail store project in domestic. Freshary-Yummy Wholesome Treat is an ice cream retail chain operated by exclusively foreign-owned enterprise. The whole storefront is fully infused with the concept of energy concentration, environmental protection and sustainable development in the design and decoration process by regarding LEED-CI 2009 evaluation system as the guidance, and a comfortable and green shopping environment is provided to the customers. |
Service Contents: |
BimChina assists client to guide the whole process from design to decoration and propose the optimized suggestions for interior design, and assists owner to complete the selection of illumination devices, air conditioners, sanitary ware and decorative materials. Meanwhile, the BimChina is responsible for the data collection work of the LEED-CS certification of the project, and submitting the data to USGBC to audit.

The project has acquired LEED-CI gold-level certificate successfully.
The water saving rate can be 38.91% by using the water-saving type sanitary ware.
The water saving rate can be 33.48% by using the water-saving type ice-making machine.
The lighting energy saving rate can be 10.75%.
The equipment power of Energy Star is 90.94% of the total equipment power.
Refrigerant and extinguishant containing CFC are not adopted.

Compile Construction Waste Management Plan, stack various classes of the wastes generated in the construction process in a classification mode, and make the recovery rate of the waste in line with 90% and above finally in a mode such as local recycling, selling to the waste recycle bin and etc.
