New office building project of Shanghai international business garden of Eaton Investment (China) Co., Ltd. is a new office building of Shanghai Headquarters planed and decorated uniformly after the combination of Eaton and several branches in Shanghai. Eaton applies for LEED-CI silver-level certification to the new office building project for showing the attention to the environment by the enterprise. And the project comprises five ground layers and one basement level, along with the total building decoration area of 12000m2.

 BimChina coordinates the design side and the construction side to complete the various requirements of the LEED-CI evaluation system, makes a detailed waste management plan, indoor air quality management plan and takes charge of the system commissioning work, so as to complete the LEED-CI evaluation work well in the condition of not increasing the cost.
