Shanghai Youbide energy-saving technology research and development center is located in the New Jinqiao Road, Shanghai, and is a research and development office building invested and developed by Shanghai Sino-Century Assets Management Co., Ltd. On the basis of the use type and property of the building, the owner expects that the project would become a high-standard green building and apply for LEED gold-level certification. The project is featured with the total land area of 2826m2 and the total building area of 9500m2. BimChina provides a full service to the owner in the aspects such as building design, green building design strategy, LEED certification consulting and etc.; meanwhile, BimChina assists the owner to complete the optimized energy-saving design proposal by building performance simulation analysis in the concept design stage.

 BimChina assists the client to compare and select the optimized building and energy-saving design proposal from five concept design proposals by the technology of building performance simulation analysis. Meanwhile, BimChina completes pre-evaluation of the project, provides the comprehensive improving suggestions to the owner from the various aspects such as energy saving, ground saving, water saving, materials, resources, indoor environment quality and the like, and makes the owner clear the building performance status of the building after the completion very much in the process of combining LEED evaluation system with the building design in the most early period of the proposal.
