Shanghai Physical Culture Bureau of Jing’an District

The project land of Shanghai Physical Culture Bureau of Jing’an District is located in the south of the Kangding Road, the north of the Jiangning Road, the North of the Wuding Road and the West of the Changhua Road. The project is a government office building. BimChina assists the owner to calibrate the calibration target of the project into LEED-CI2009 gold-level calibration by carrying out careful research and analysis for the existing design data, so that the project can achieve the purposes of improving the design quality of the building, reducing the energy consumption in the operation stage and improving the commercial market value of the project.
