Shaanxi Technology Resource Center is located in the northwest corner of the West Zhangba Road and the Fifth Zhangba Road, Hi-tech Zone, Xian. Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi Province is the owner of the project. The project is composed of nine layers of high-layer parts on the north side and four or five layers of multi-layer parts on the south side, as well as one basement level, and is mainly used for building four platform construction office places of Shaanxi Science and Technology Resource Center.
