Xian Qintang International Apartment Hotel project of Linghui Industrial Group is located in the junction of the Fourth Keji Road and Tangyan Road, Xian. According to the primary design proposal, the total land area is 8271.96m2 and the total building area is 96035m2. The project is residence and hotel type apartments. Our company would assist the owner to calibrate the certification target of the project into LEED-NC2009 silver-level certification by carrying out careful research and analysis for the existing design data, so that the project can achieve the purposes of improving the design quality of the building, reducing the energy consumption in the operation stage and improving the commercial market value of the project.

BimChina coordinates the design side and the construction side to complete the various requirements of the LEED-NC evaluation system and simulate the annual energy consumption and illumination and lighting of the whole building, so as to finish the LEED-NC evaluation work well in the condition of not increasing the cost.
