Recently, it was learnt from Shanghai Building Energy Conservation Office that the local building energy conservation demonstration projects began to be declared this year, and the condition that 65% energy conservation of newly-built residential and public buildings could obtain capital subsidy was increased to over 70%, and existing building energy conservation reform could obtain capital subsidy by the original standard of 50%.

 It can be seen from Notice on 2012 Shanghai Building Energy Conservation Demonstration Projects Declaration that the declaration type of demonstration projects still includes the projects, such as, newly-built high-standard energy saving building, existing building energy conservation reform, renewable energy sources construction application, etc. The projects could be designed, constructed or completed within one year under the following conditions, first, where newly-built residential and public buildings are designed and built by 70% or higher energy conservation standard, besides, residential covered area is more than 50,000 ㎡ and monomer area of public buildings is more than 20,000 ㎡. Second, where existing residential and public buildings reform is designed and built by 50% current energy conservation standard, besides, residence community is more than 10,000 ㎡ and monomer public buildings is more than 20,000 ㎡, of which, monomer area of state organs office buildings is more than 2,000 ㎡. Third, building envelope and equipment of newly-built or existing civil architecture integrating with renewable energy sources buildings which apply technologies, such as, photovoltaics, optothermal, soil source heat pump, water source heat pump, wind power generation, etc, shall accord with current building energy conservation design standard and construction specifications, besides, newly-built buildings use a kind of renewable energy sources, practically applied public buildings area is more than 20,000 ㎡ and residential covered area is more than 50,000 ㎡. The covered area of public buildings and residential buildings which use two or over kinds of renewable energy sources, or make innovation on new technology, new materials and new process of building energy conservation new is more than 10,000 ㎡. Fourth, where newly-built residential and public buildings have obtained two-starred green building identification or over, the former has ground floor area of over 25,000 ㎡ and the latter has monomer ground floor area of over 10,000 ㎡, meanwhile, it is requested that external window be equipped with exterior sunshade facilities of building integration.

 Besides, the single project which meets two supporting standard at the same time can enjoy a subsidy only; the projects which have obtained other financial support shall not enjoy the subsidy once more except the projects which need to be equipped with supporting funds according to national definite specification.
