The energy-saving service company will bear all or part of the initial investment of the project by signing an energy-saving service contract with the client, and share the energy-saving benefits with the client in the period of the contract. All the equipment will be owned by the client after the completion of the contract.

The amount of energy saving of the energy-saving reconstruction project is verified and measured by using the method which is in line with the international standards (IPMVP, i.e. international energy-saving effect measurement and certification procedures).

Operation and management refers to the post-operational management of energy-saving project, and aims at providing optimal operation management strategies and ensuring the long-term efficiency of energy-saving benefits.
