The professional engineer team led by experienced LEED AP will provide a green building integrated solution based on the international green building standard for the client, so as to assist architects to determine the best overall layout and building orientation, create a good environment for regional wind and sunshine lighting environment, reduce the impact of heat island effect, assist the architects to determine the best building system and indoor space layout, house type layout and comprehensive performance of optimized building, assist the engineers to determine the best lighting, heating, ventilation and water-saving method, and reduce the operational energy consumption and cost of the building. 

At the beginning of design
Evaluation and recommendation for the sustainable site selection based on the international green building standard
According to the preliminary ideas of the client, we will simulate and calculate the wind direction and airflow field in different seasons
Moreover, we will simulate and analyze the site and the annual sunlight of the building to meet indoor light environment and the minimum sunshine requirement in the winter, and prevent the waste energy consumption caused by overheating interior caused by direct sunlight in the summer

In the design
By using the building information model of BIM, we will accurately simulate the construction in the design, and therefore we can rationally analyzed and improve building design while providing good helps for the follow-up construction

After the design
