 From the reaction of each party, the International Green Habitat Forum became the annual event of experts, scholars and Media in domestic and foreign ecological community development and green building fields. And it is also one of the nonprofit international conferences with top academic standards in china green development field.

 “The current transformation of economic development promotes us to develop green economy. Now China becomes the second largest economic entity in the world, and it may become the largest exporter and importer this year, if we still rely on the consumption of natural source and low cost labors, we may not keep our status.” Secretary General Wei Jianguo of CCIEE who participated in the Forum said, the forum took the green habitation, green economy, green development as the entry point of economy development of China, especially the economic transformation, it made great contribution.

　 Focus on the green building industry chain.

　 For centuries, human has been committed to explore and create the living environment as “integrated into natural surroundings, harmonious coexistence with society”.

　 In 2010, in order to adapt to the content expansion and promotion of humanistic philosophy, the forum was renamed as” International Green Habitat Forum”.

　 The Eighth Forum consists of four sub-forums, and sets the themes in four aspects: national policy, ecological city, green building and low-carbon industry. The four themes include “low-carbon policy and public participation”, “ecological city and creative industry”, “green technology integration and practice”, “chief engineer forum of green industry chain”.

Meanwhile, it added the special section to show the green products and make the participants have a better understanding of the benefit from the green product application”. Hu Jianxin, deputy general manager of China Merchants Property Development said that the green was no longer limited to the estate development, but also covered the entire industrial chain and green living ideas.
